After spending more than 350 hours (evenings and weekends) restoring and getting my Maserati Biturbo back on the road, I’m looking for a new project for the coming years. However, lacking sufficient space, unfortunately I must part with my Biturbo to replace it. I’d therefore prefer to make my next purchase with part-exchange of my Biturbo with a professional.

Nearly 350 hours of personal work and €8k of parts just to get it back on the road!
Extensive dossier available with hundreds of photos, workshop manual in French, listing of all hours spent and supplier invoices.
-500 km: timing (one spare new belt supplied), water pump, thermostat, temperature sensor, front suspension components restored, front wheel bearing, steering joints, tie rods and anti-roll bar bushes, clutch actuator-sensor, Toyo tyres new, brakes redone and hoses new, exhaust new, full oil changes with AGIP (gearbox and differential), headlining redone, tank treated with resin, fusebox checked, check box and MABC restored, alternator rebuilt, dashboard and interior converted to LED, yellow LED H4 headlamps to protect the alternator, new petrol pump, new fuel pressure regulator, Weber 36 DCNVH carburettor rebuilt, valve clearance checked (measurement table and shims provided) hoses (fuel, air, turbo) new, battery - wiring & plugs new, air/ fuel/ oil filters new, transmission shaft bearing new, fans rebuilt, gauges 100% functional, front alignment OK... etc etc. Other details on request!
Clearly there are still small things to do on a +40-year-old car (e. g. air conditioning leak but compressor not seized and functional, finding a vintage cassette radio, occasionally some silent blocks...) a new timing belt, set of valve shims, surcassing gaskets provided for the next service.
Rare and in very good condition, it gives a lot of pleasure to drive thanks to its lightness and sound! A rare model on our roads unlike the old BMX Series 3 of the era. More info to follow via direct message. If you find it cheaper, compare the works carried out recently…
On my side I’m interested (part-exchange possible) in getting a project back on the road or restored to original, preferably a manual box, Maserati Merak - 3200 or 4200 GT, Ferrari Mondial, Dino GT4 208 or 308, Aston Martin DB7 6L, Porsche 911 type G up to 996 max, 928, Toyota Celica Supra 2. 8i (original), or MR2 MK2 Turbo, Lotus Esprit or Elise in LHD, Jaguar XKR LHD, the holy grail DeLorean DMC12… you’ll have guessed it, a turbo or at least 6 to 12 cylinders ;)
