Simca Marly 1960 for sale in perfect working order. The particularity of this vehicle is that it is fitted with LPG, with a specific mine plate in the engine compartment and a mention on the CG. It also has a towing hitch allowing an old caravan to be towed. In terms of characteristics, it has a 13 hp Simca V8 (approximately 70, 000 km) and was restored by the previous owner approximately 30 years ago.
The tyres are new (approximately 2000 km) and the front brakes have just been rebuilt (copper pipes, linings rebuilt with invoices). The hot and cold air ducts are new, the baffle gaskets need replacing (new gaskets are supplied) and the upholstery is in good condition.
The paintwork is in good condition and there is no rust (same for the underbody). Some of the chrome is new and only the two front side slats need to be replaced.
It runs perfectly, as last summer we made the trip from *** (64) to Caen (14), a distance of almost 700 km in 2 days, without any problems. It's the AK model, so it has the long axle of the saloon, and the CGC is in my name.
The Marly is probably the most beautiful production estate car of the 50s and this is probably the only one fitted with LPG. The CT will be passed at the time of sale. Its price is 25, 000 euros with a possible partial exchange only for scooters from the 50s/ 60s (with a balance) and it can be seen south of Caen.
