Mileage (very slightly increasing): 81, 059 km (the odometer reads 183, 306 km as it has been replaced – invoice provided) – due to a faulty speedometer needle. The old speedometer is supplied, it is functional including the clock, only the speedometer needle climbs to 80 km/ h and then blocks.
Car fully original, the owner’s handbook and service booklet are present, the beechwood chock for stabilising the car during wheel changes is present, as well as the original jack and handle.
Recent significant mechanical work (full mechanical restoration) carried out in June 2024 at 77, 595 km (invoice provided):
- All engine seals, all fuel lines, fuel pump
- Clutch kit
- Transmission oil seals
- Suspension arms, tie-rod ends and tracking rods
- Steering rack gaiters
- Distributor cap and ignition leads
- Front discs and pads, rear brake kit with brake fluid replacement and bleeding
- Engine and gearbox oil change, oil, air and fuel filters, coolant replacement
- Repair and refurbishment of the instrument cluster lighting
Very soon planned mechanical work:
- Replacement of the plastic filler chute for the fuel tank and the hose linking the chute to the tank
- Replacement of the fuel tank overflow hose (or vent hose)
Carburettor:
- The carburettor is optimally tuned; it was completely dismantled and refurbished four years ago.
- I run on unleaded 98 with lead substitute additive.
Bodywork:
- Recent repaint of the entire body, including interior door panels, in the original Beige Atlas colour (ECF reference) on a solid, rust-free shell
- Recent repaint of the engine bay in the original Beige Atlas colour (ECF reference) on a solid, rust-free shell
- Wheel rims (including spare wheel) repainted in the original Metallic Grey (FVA reference)
- Rear valance rebuilt in sheet metal and repainted
- Chassis: repaired a rust hole at the rear in true sheet metal, chassis subsequently treated with rust protection, primer and anti-chip black paint
Interior:
- Overall good condition
- Seat fabrics are worn mainly on the top surfaces and occasionally on the seats, but the foam is not visible. Limited fabric tears. The brown leatherette seat coverings are in very good condition.
- Bancarel seat covers in excellent condition, Alcantara fabric, cover the seats
- Instrument cluster housing shows light glue marks
- The plastic surround around the instrument cluster is damaged (repaired with a small section missing)
- Everything else is in very good condition

The 954 cc engine was only available on the Citroën Visa from April 1986 for the French market, and remained available until the Visa production ended in 1988, making this a relatively uncommon version.
