This Storm edition is one of just 500 UK cars produced (250 in Classic Green, 250 in Mystic Blue) with just 63k miles and 3 previous owners, making it highly desirable among enthusiasts and collectors. It features Volkswagens classic 2. 9-litre VR6 engine producing 190 bhp, paired with a 5-speed manual gearbox. Performance remains impressive, with a 0–62 mph time of 6. 7 seconds and a top speed of 146 mph.
Finished in Classic Green with its original cream leather interior, this car carries all the unique Storm touches, including BBS Solitude alloy wheels, Storm badging, and a full luxury specification with heated seats, electric windows, sunroof and Engine immobiliser which are all operational.
This Corrado has been carefully maintained, keeping true to its originality while highlighting the qualities that have made it such a cult classic. Significant work was carried out by John Mitchell Racing 9 years ago but less than 2k miles, including a full suspension refresh, gearbox service, refurbished alloys, and the fitment of a Milltek stainless steel exhaust, with a total bill amount over £7000.
On the outside, the car presents well, with only a few stone chips and light scuffs in line with its 30-year age. Panel fit and shut lines remain excellent. Inside, the cabin is wonderfully original, with just some light discolouration on the base of the front seats.
The Corrado VR6 Storm continues to grow in collectability, and examples like this are increasingly hard to find. A true modern classic, ready to be enjoyed.
