I am selling a 404 that belonged to my father. It has been in a barn for 25 years. I feel too old to undertake a restoration, but the vehicle is largely salvageable. It has its registration document (for a collection/ classic) dating from 1990.
In the bodywork, the rear valance is perforated on the right-hand side close to the bumper, a chassis rail is damaged at the front right near the wheel arch, and the front left wing needs replacing (I can supply a genuine period one). The interior is in reasonable condition (headlining, seats, except the driver's seat which is torn). Mechanically, the engine needs a rebuild (cylinder liners and pistons) as it is seized, as are the brakes.
