Vehicle history:
This Mercedes-Benz 300 SL Roadster was delivered new to Seattle, USA in 1959. The first owner, Mr. Demarsh, kept the car until 1963. The second owner, also from Seattle, drove the roadster for nine years, until 1974. The same owner sold the car to Thomas Haring in Santa Barbara, California. Thomas Haring kept the 300 SL for twenty years and sold the vehicle to Mr. Jandeck in Osnabrück, Germany. There a complete restoration was carried out by the company Thom in Langstedt. The work is documented with invoices and photos. Since 1995 the beautiful SL has been registered in Germany. Twenty-six years ago the current owner bought this gem and is now placing the car in loving hands for age-related reasons. A Mercedes-Benz data card confirms the originality (Matching Numbers) of the engine.
