Fascinating, well-documented history, supported by an extensive history file including letters detailing the car’s use and maintenance over many decades
Extraordinary long-term ownership, purchased from a scrapyard in 1938 by Mr Dobell and kept until 1992, used as everyday family transport
Meticulous later custodianship, acquired by the late Bob Watt in 1992, who kept detailed mileage logs and records, all on file
Comprehensive restoration, carried out by the current owner after purchase in 2011, with photographs documenting the work.
