Description
Launched in 2001, the Jaguar X-Type was designed to compete with the BMW 3 series and Mercedes C Class. In reality it offered a much more luxurious car, all wrapped up in a compact package that appealed to traditional Jaguar buyers and company car users alike. This car was ordered by its first owner from Reg Vardy by a Mr Stubbs from County Durham. He specified Phoenix Red paint work with Sand Leather. Extras ordered were Single Slot Cd, rear parking sensors, mud flaps and floor mats. Standard specification includes multi function steering wheel, climate control, cruise control, trip computer, electric front seats, remote locking, spare wheel with tools, alloy wheels, traction control and illuminated vanity mirrors. This car is a real pleasure to drive and is in clean condition throughout. There is a full service history with entries in the service book at 9, 976 miles, 14, 587 miles, 15, 125 miles, 15, 891 miles, 16, 811 miles, 17, 146 miles, 17, 633miles, 18, 076 miles, 18. 462 miles, 18, 639 miles, 18, 699 miles, 18, 726 miles, 18, 759 miles, 18, 772 miles, 18, 777 miles, 18, 794 miles and 18, 798 miles. I sold the car to its last owner in 2023 and he has kept the car serviced, several invoices are in the history file with the car. All books and manuals are present along with 2 keys, the original order form, invoice and even factory build sheet!!
