Biarritz Sports and Classic Cars (BSCC) has the pleasure of presenting to you this Sunbeam Alpine.
This pretty little British roadster enjoyed some success in the late 1950s, notably with a participation in the 24 Hours of Le Mans 1961 and a class win. Sunbeams have also shone in various races across Europe and the United States.
This Alpine was restored and prepared in 2019.
It has a valid FIA passport.
It has, among other things, taken part in the Sixties Legends in 2019 and the Fifties Legends in 2023.
Well equipped, it features:
- Two FIA seats and valid harnesses
- A homologated rollover bar
- A Stilo Bluetooth DG 10 intercom that can connect to a phone
- An onboard Innovate Motorsport mixture analyser (air/ fuel ratio)
- An overdrive
- An automatic fire extinguisher
- A rear-view camera and display
- An ATL aluminium homologated fuel tank
At the wheel, the race ambience is evident. The steering is direct, the engine revs freely, gear changes are firm and swift. Braking is very solid.
This little Alpine is eligible for most historic events.
