The model shown here is a 2007 January ASTON MARTIN V8 Vantage 4. 3L in original colour “Tungsten Silver” (Matching colour).
The body is in excellent condition, with no signs of impact or oxidation.
The paint has a deep hue and excellent gloss.
After professional polishing by our workshop’s orbital machine, we noted very light gravelmarks on the front face.
Bumpers are perfectly aligned and in very good condition, especially thanks to the rear parking aid option.
We noted a slight scuff on the lower front right bumper.
This example is equipped with rear crystal lights.
The original 19’’ wheels are in excellent condition with some minor scuff marks on the front right wheel.
All four MICHELIN Pilot Sport tyres show 50% wear front and 30% rear.
This example includes its original puncture kit.
Among exterior equipment and options that this example has, we noted: rear parking aid, 19’’ wheels with 7 spokes, and the brake calipers colour “Light Grey” and the rear lights “crystal”.
Interior:
The interior retains its original configuration and presents in excellent overall condition.
The leather upholstery electrically adjustable in the colour “Obsidian Black” with grey stitching is in excellent condition, with no snags or sagging.
We noted a slight patina on entry to the cabin on the driver’s side.
This example is equipped with the option of electrically heated seats, which function perfectly.
The leather sill panels are in excellent condition despite a few typical scratches around the driver and passenger door handles.
The Alcantara headlining in “Light Grey” is perfectly taut.
The dashboard and its leather cap in “black” are in good original condition.
The central trim shows no cracks, scratches or deformation.
All original on-board instrumentation and comfort equipment are fully functional.
The leather, micro-perforated steering wheel shows no scratches or discolouration.
This example has the crystal ashtray option.
The carpets in “Black” are in excellent original condition with no wear marks.
Noted interior equipment: electrically adjustable upholstery with grey stitching, heated seats, Vantage Premium Audio System Cd radio, crystal ashtray, Europe navigation and air conditioning.
Chassis:
On the hoist, the chassis appears healthy with no visible accidents or structural corrosion.
Fundamentals: longitudinals, floors, sills and wheel arches are in excellent condition.
The flat bottom and rear diffuser show no cracks or distortion.
Usage reserve: as a rule we cannot guarantee perfect alignment beyond good visual and functional condition validated during road test and on the hoist.
During the dynamic test, no abnormal rattles from the body or suspension were detected.
Braking is balanced, stable and assertive, with no vibrations or abnormal noises.
Front discs wear 60%.
Front pads wear 30%.
Rear discs and pads wear 50%.
A roadworthy check carried out by our workshop prior to delivery will confirm overall good operation.
Engine / Transmission:
The original service book and invoices since 2007 confirm maintenance by an ASTON MARTIN dealer and marque specialists.
The V8 starts at the first turn and idle is stable, as confirmed by the 360° video with the engine running available at the start of the slideshow.
The road test by our workshop confirms a motor in very good health.
When up to temperature, the engine revs without hiccups or suspicious noises.
The sound of this example is enhanced by an active sport exhaust with remote.
The six gears of the manual gearbox upshift and downshift smoothly, with no syncro issues.
Clutch bite is good.
As is common with older engines, engine-to-gearbox sealing remains average.
