1997 Jaguar XK8 Coupé project car, imported from New York, USA.
Original Sapphire Blue with Ivory leather interior. 117, 516 miles. The car starts, runs and drives. Engine oil is clean, oil pressure is good and the engine sounds mechanically healthy. There is an audible noise, possibly from a belt or pulley.
The exterior needs cosmetic improvement. The paint is weathered and the car would need a full respray. There are several smaller dents and some localised rust repairs are needed above the rear bumper, directly behind the rear wheel arch, and on the rear sill edges.
The interior is complete but also needs cosmetic attention. Driver’s seat leather shows age and use. Headliner is in good condition.
Known issues: check engine light on, traction control fail and stability control fail messages. Driver’s electric window not working. Passenger window works. Spare wheel missing. One key with remote control. No books or service history.
US title and Dutch EU import document present. Import duties and VAT have been paid.
