PIAGGIO VESPA 125 VM1T 1953
Leave Motors Ragusa presents on consignment a timeless and captivating vintage scooter renowned worldwide! Completely original, single owner since 1953. Restoration dating from the '90s and always kept in a covered garage. Registration is required as it was deregistered due to non-use in 1983; it's possible to restore the original "RG" four-digit registration plate via ASI or FMI Historical Relevance Certificate. Pre-restoration photographic documentation available.
Bodywork in good condition, pastel grey paintwork, with minor signs of wear present. Chrome parts still fairly bright and improvable through polishing. Steel sheet wheels with 8-inch diameter with colour-matched finish, front and rear tyres with 70% tread depth hardened by time. Restoration carried out approximately 30 years ago; after shot-blasting the chassis number is clearly visible.
Front and rear seat upholstery reupholstered in black leatherette, no significant defects. Spare wheel and spare wheel carrier accessory available.
Mechanics in order, original first-equipment engine "VM1M". Quick start on the first kick, incredibly quiet both at idle and whilst riding.
