The Ferrari 612 Scaglietti HGT2 we are offering is an original Italian example, delivered on 14 February 2008 by Ferrari SA. MO. CAR. in Milan.
Its colour, Avorio Vignale (190), comes from Ferrari's Vernici Vintage programme: a palette of historic colours, available only on special order outside the standard catalogue (Extracampionario). This choice, made at the time of ordering, immediately sets this example apart from regular production.
The interior maintains this consistency with an all-leather trim in Cuoio (4609) — seats, upper dashboard, steering wheel and rear shelf — complemented by mats in Nuovo Cuoio (912C) and a rev counter with yellow dial. The overall effect creates a monochromatic, bright and warm cabin.
The HGT2 pack, with which this example is equipped, incorporates the entire HGTC pack with the exception of carbon-ceramic brakes, which became standard on the 612 from late 2007 onwards. It includes a specific sports exhaust, reinforced anti-roll bars, electronically managed dampers recalibrated to a sportier mapping, F1 gearbox software with shortened shift points, and 20-inch Challenge wheels in ball-polished finish, identifiable by their chrome grilles at the exhaust outlets.
