starts first time everytime
loads has been done to the car since i have had it new bushes, oil seals, rear brake lights, rotor arm, points, solenoid, rear belts, etc and every time i park or open the door people come over to me to chat so please allow plenty of time for journeys if you have this car, its great to see people staring and walk into lampposts cus i got such a cool car, kids stop to take photos of her with their phones!!,
loads of paperwork dating back to around 1994, list of work done, receipts etc, the fact that its got free tax is great and the insurance is only £128 a year and i have 4 years no claims !!!,
cheap to run, takes unleaded petrol, has lap belts fitted in the back cus of the kids, it only had 3 fuses!!! so i fitted a mini fusebox to bring it up to some sort of 2000 standard . bit of surface rust on the arches and 1 sill but to be honest for a 39 year old car shes a beaut!
once you own her she is like a drug, missus has just passed her test and we need a "family" car - bloody disgusting she should buy one then ! do not want to get rid of, but hey ho!. worth a lot of money which you would get back in free tax and the amount you save on £500 a year at least on insurance plus free tax at 150 a year and in 3 years it would of paid for itself!

nearly all ford escort parts fit on her
apparently, a sierra gearbox 5-sp drops in!
takes ford rs wheels etc.
people even offer you money to take them out in it ! lol
an absolute drug to own sorry to see go
but when the missus says jump, ....:)
parts are easy to get and i have a guide which says which bits off other vehicles fit car
