This very special Velocette is an original Venom Clubman Mk II, factory built to order in October 1968 and supplied by famous London Velocette dealer Geoff Dodkin.
The engine and frame numbers are original, verified by factory records.
Being a rare and later Mk II Venom Clubman, it has the desirable 'Thruxton' spec, including Thruxton double damped front forks with rubber gaiters, steering damper, twin leading shoe front brake, narrow mudguards and matching speedo/ rev counter.
It has been beautifully restored and benefits from many desirable upgrades, including a Thurston belt primary drive and clutch, Akront alloy rims with SS spokes and Avon Road Rider tyres, a 12v Criterion alternator and Pazon Surefire electronic ignition.
12 month MOT to August 2013 and (free, historic) road tax.
