Robin Hood Series 3
I built this car with a kit from Robin Hood Engineering in 1998. It has only been used for 1491 miles, due to working away for the last 10+ years. It is a delight to drive; however I now need the space. It has 12 months MOT and runs and starts perfectly.
It is the Series 3 model, which has a monocoque body and chassis made from 1mm stainless steel with the structional sections made from thicker 1. 5 mm stainless steel. It has a 2000cc Pinto engine, which I rebuilt with new bearings, rings etc., and gas-flowed. It has a new Twin-choke Webber, re-jetted and tuned by Mowits, Essex.
The car comes complete with a hood, side screens, lockable box and a brand new battery. The tyres are as new on Alloy wheels. It has a glass fuel filter, heater and servo-assisted brakes. A great car in its original excellent condition and as standard specs.
A great buy at £3750.
