For sale is my unfinished RCR GT40 Mk4.
The RCR kit is top of the line, just the welding makes your mouth water. It is a alluminium monoqoque. All suspension parts are mCNC machined from billet alluminium. I sandblasted them and anodised them. The look is now of cast magnesium.
So far done are the suspension, the steering and the brakes. Already a lot of work!
Also a lot of components have been anodized and powder coated.

The kit is complete to finish, parts included are:complete body. Front, rear, doors and spider.

-lift kit for the front. It is a hydraulic system which lifts the front 2" higher at the push of a button. Complete with pump, hoses etc.
The engine is a Dart Iron Eagle SBF Race block, 363 CI
-Scat Steel forged crankshaft
-Eagle forged H-beam connecting rods
-forged Custom Ross pistons
-ARP 2000 connecting rod bolts
-Timing belt system, instead of chain
-Comp Cams Ultra Gold all. rockers. Full rocker #19043-16

-Rotating assembly is balanced by Vibrationfree, the best in the business.

-Ford racing high volume oil pump

To finish the engine you need #1428 AFR 195cc heads and the little bits and pieces e. g. water pump, head covers.
Should be an easy 500HP.
There is a Porsche G50 5 speed gearbox with low miles and that looks like brand new. Nevertheless I bought a gasket/ seal kit and changed them all.
There is an adapter plate for the Porsche/ Ford marriage and a Kennedy Engineered racing clutch (670ft/ lbs.), plus pilot bearing and clutch alignment tool. It is also balance by Vibrationfree.
I kept all the receipts and the total stands now at 55. 323 GBP.
This is not a fire sale and I don't need the money, so I am looking to sell very close to this number.
You might wonder what is in it for you than.
You will save a trip to Detroit, USA.
Than there is arranging shipping, transport to and from the ports and dealing with customs. A lot of time, headaches and stress which you don't have to deal with. All in all I already spend several hundred hours. Also finding engine, gearbox, adapter plate, clutch and driving back and forth to get parts, bring them away and pick up again. The build time for what is done already is about 250 hours.
You can start on the car the minute you park it in your garage.
There remain two big ticket items, the heads which cost $1900 in the US and the paint job.
Last but not least I have a set of import papers which say
"Ford kit car Vin. 7FJR10 1967" In the Netherlands that means you can register the car as a 1967, I am not familiar with UK regulation or any other country for that matter.
I think I have been clear enough, low ball offers will not get a reply, but I am happy to answer any questions for the serious buyers. I am selling because the arthritis in my hands, especially the thumbs is getting worse fast and working on the car accelerates the process. The next project is fitting the body which means a lot of gripping which hurts a lot, so I am not looking forward to it.
UPDATE:
The bottom end of the engine is assembled, see pictures and pre-fitted. The body is test fitted and it fits pretty well! See new pictures.
