Due to back problems My 1960 Series 2 Lambretta Li150 and Watsonian Bambini Mk2 Sidecar comination is very reluctantly up for sale rather than it sit around not getting used much. I bought it as an abandoned project back in 2007. The engine in it now is one I took from another scooter and is a GP200 engine with electronic ignition originally built for me by Gran Sport back in 1999. It has a S2 Li125 gearbox, the one best suited to pull a combo. Brackets added to forks
to take front dampers properly, not bolt on's.

Engine was completely professionally rebuilt this Spring with a new crank, clutch springs, plus seals, bearings etc. making what has been a very usable combo over the years even more so.

Some of you will have seen it on Midlands rideouts, at the IOW and other rallies. It’s very presentable but not perfect... I built it to ride, not show and it ‘s been used so there are a few scuffs and scratches here and there but you have to look for them. The floor mat is a Brevettato 2 colour in black and blue that came from Dez back in 2007 and I’ve never seen another on a S1 or S2 only on Series 3’s. The footboard edge trims are stainless and the sidecar interior is black carpet and black vinyl seat with a hinged back pad. It has tonneau cover as can be seen. The scooter frame and legshields were powder coated when I got it so must have been pretty straight.

It’s most recent outings weres to the NEC and back to be part of the Awfully Pleasant Scooter Association’s stand at the Classic Car and Bike Show at the NEC in November and the VMSC show at Ryton in MArch.

You can see me riding it on the video of the Awfully Pleasant Teme Valley Rally in June this year at: - details above
