The car not only benefits from the rare colour combination, but also is equipped with desirable optional extras, such as, ABS, 4 fully functioning electric windows, electric slide / tilt sunroof, driver and passenger illuminated vanity mirrors, Mercedes factory audio equipment with power antenna and also recently refurbished factory air conditioning. Supplied with matching Mercedes Benz carpet over mats, the driving experience is extremely comfortable.
Mechanically, the car is in good condition, it is highly reliable and never fails. The structural condition of the car is very good, suffering no rust in the typical 190 areas - such as the jacking points, inner wings, under the rear screen and around drainage channels.
The paintwork is in overall good condition. It hasn't suffered from any form of paint fade, and seems to be largely original. The car has some small age related marks, but nothing shameful. The saffron MB Tex seats are in astounding condition and show almost no sign of age whatsoever, as do the carpet and headlining. Unfortunately, the door cards have reacted to heat and sunlight, and the covering has lifted around the armrest areas of all four doors. In all truth, this is the biggest issue with the car - and it isn't a major one.
The car has MOT until March 2017, and plenty of MOT history to go with it. As previously mentioned, it has two stamped service books, dealer map, owners manual and numerous large bills from Mercedes.
