In the 1990s Audi began to make a name for themselves in the premium German car sector bringing out numerous great looking models with superb build quality and the Audi 80 Cabriolet was one of these. This model was famously known for being driven by Diana Princess of Wales who regularly got papped driving around in one. This example is truly unique in that it has covered an astonishingly low mileage from new of only 2, 843 miles! The story behind the vehicle is that it spent the vast majority of its first 8 years garaged away and completely unused, then in 2007 it was sold to a garage owner who had the vehicle serviced and a new cambelt fitted at Audi and basically did very similar to the previous owner by garaging it and only taking it out on high days and holidays with the difference being he regularly MOT'd the car. We have MOT history dating back to 2007 confirming the extremely low mileage that the vehicle was used from year to year.
