NORMAN B4 SPORTS 1961 325cc. The Norman started its life as a 250cc. In 1963 the 325cc engine was fitted which was registered in the old brown log book which is with the bike. It was used by one owner from 1961—1969 and then stored. I purchased it in 2006 as the second owner and set about restoring it to its former glory. Original parts were used where possible including rechroming the original pipes and silencers. The bottom end of the engine was rebuilt by Nametab engineering who are Villiers specialists. New pistons were fitted to rebored barrels. Alloy rims are fitted which were available as an extra in 1961. Total restoration was completed in 2007 and 500 miles have been covered. This is a superb rare bike and with the 325cc engine fitted which makes it very lively.
