YAMAHA SS FS1 50cc 1972 5 Speed... This is the one to have... the rarest model of all !
This bike was only used for 4 years then stored away, check out the number plate in the pics.. 76 was the last time it was on the road.
The bike has beed totally stripped, not just s 2 minuite restoration !
The engine was stripped, the gearbox and all internals removed and checked, the engine cases were sent for vapour blasing, upon return, the engine rebuilt, with new gearbox and main bearings, all new oil seals and gaskets,
The outer cases were also blasted back to bare aluminium, etched primed and two pack painted.
The frame and associated black parts were took back to bare metal, epoxy primed, undercoated and black Gloss powder coating finish.
The wheels were stripped, hubs polished, new bearings new yamaha spokes, new ARAYA rims, rim tapes and Tyres fitted.
Forks stripped to bare metal, etched, primed and two pack finished, fork collars re chromed, new oil and new seals upon rebuild.
Take a look at the pic with the reg plates, the foriegn one has the las date taxed, and obviously now a UK reg, but just look how many kilometers it had covered... it now has a UK speedo fitted in MPH which has beed fully overhauled and tested, the KPH one goes with the bike also...

I have built it dry, (no gearbox or two stroke oil and No Petrol added as yet) as the purchaser may just add to a collection, in which case it is a waste of time, the fluids may be done for the buyer if the price i require is met !
