1958-61 Spec engine number 19872. I have owned this exceptional motorcycle twice and it is probably one of the best available: immaculate, original, detailed provenance and period photographs. The bike was owned and raced by the Hinton Brothers in the 1950s and 60s and was a regular participant in the Goodwood Revival from 2002 to 2009. The frame appears to have been bought by Eric Hinton at the Isle of Man in 1956.
With Ray Petty crankcases, Borrani wheels, Lucas mag, the bike also comes with its original (and beautiful!) 5 gallon fuel tank, a fairing, high level exhaust, original flyscreen and a number of period and more recent photographs. I have a detailed file of research documentation and history.
