Hillman minx 1946 recently discovered after being stored for the last 40 years from a desease estate.
The previous owner has done a lot of work to the car having painted all of the underside..... very solid car that requires no welding.... all metal car that has no nasty filler hidden away under paint.... has been rubbed down and primed in places as shown to protect, now has some surface rust in places.... engine starts and runs but the clutch is stuck from sitting for so long.... full new exhaust system was fitted.
The interior is totally original apart from the carpets.... seats and door cards are very good with no rips.... headlining is untouched.... interior mirror glass is missing.... new ignition/ light switch.
The lights need connecting up and a few bits of wiring here and there
Overall this car does not require a full restoration but will need some work to free the clutch..... obviously requires prep and paint work.... in my opinion the car would make a great staff car replica.... tax and mot exempt.... comes with buff logbook and original owners handbook.... New owner will need to apply for a current v5c.
