You are looking at an extremely rare and restored 1966 NSU Quickly F23 (swinging arm) moped. It has had a professional shotblast and etch prime, then undercoat and topcoat in blue and white. The moped is extremely high quality and runs very sweetly. Every thing works as it should and comes with a new petcock from Germany. It has a 3 speed gearbox so definitely not the slowest classic moped. It is still on the DVLA website on it's original number plate (available on request) so will only need a V62 and £25 to get the V5 for it. It is tax free and would make a really useable every day bike. It looks fantastic in the original blue and white colour scheme and would make a great investment.
