Lots of rear storage, sliding drawer under sliding rear seat, table integrated into kitchen unit. 220/ 240V inbuilt invertor so you can charge things without a campsite hookup , 12v power plugs located front middle/ rear off the leisure batteries. Aluminium table and chairs are brilliantly hidden in the sliding door and rear door, they install in seconds and when used with the fiamma awning you have an extra outdoor terrace in seconds.
The windows all have integrated sliding roller blinds including the front windscreen being a euro model.

The 4 motion is a superb option as it aides the stability and roadholding at all times, when other traffic is nearly standstill in heavy rain or strong wind- you feel nothing. Also when towing a trailer It stops any wobble, keeps an even tyre usage on all 4. Eliminates wheel spin, please do not disregard it as an option for only those that go up into the mountains. If you go 4 motion you will need the 180 as these T5 are built sturdy as a proverbial german tank.
Its as refined smooth and quiet as a big car - The DSG does a no nonsense ultra fast gear change and one is efficiently up to very fast speeds if required...

This T5 is not new so there are some very minor blemishes due to the nature of a camper use but overall a very tidy and well presented California in what is certainly one of the best spec levels and not far off brand new condition.

Expensive they are but one cannot really get the same finish level with an empty rusty panel van and some plywood.

With time they sort of pay for themselfs.
