Offered for sale is this stunning 1982 Triumph Acclaim HL. Originally supplied new by G A Nixon in Londonderry, it was then owned by a lady in Bangor for the next 25 years. This car has never been restored and has had only very light recommissioning and is a pristine example of a time warp car.
The car has documented MOT history with MOT certificates going back to 1989 and everyone after that year having never failed an MOT. Although tax and MOT exempt now, the car just had an MOT with no advisories. It really needs to be viewed to appreciate the car!The Acclaim is the last car to of left the Triumph car stable and for its time, was a contender for any of its rivals. It's not your typical Ford or Vauxhall that you see many of at the local car shows, and this is why, the Acclaim would be the most talked about around other marques of its era, whether it be good, or bad comments, someone's dad, grandad, or aunt and uncle will of owned one!
