Very rare Helguero Sport for sale. In exceptional condition. This car is built on a tubular steel chassis with fibreglass bodywork and equipped with a Ford 3. 2L in-line 6-cylinder engine with 4-speed gearbox. Mechanically, the car is very sound. It starts immediately and runs smoothly. The gearbox shifts well. The engine has been fitted with a Holley carburettor to boost performance slightly. This 6-cylinder engine produces a pleasant sound from its single left-side exhaust. To ensure safety, the car is fitted with front disc brakes. The rear axle is fitted with standard drum brakes. The alloy wheels are fitted with 215/ 70-15 Hankook tyres. The interior is fairly basic but comfortable. It is fitted with black leatherette sports seats with red piping and stitching and includes a pair of OMP harnesses. The dashboard is clad in the same black leatherette with red trim. The alloy dashboard is fitted with VDO gauges. Attractive leather 'personal' steering wheels give the whole a sporty look. A map-reading lamp has been fitted for those wishing to take part in rallies. The boot contains the battery with its circuit breaker and a spare wheel. The car has a polyester body. The car is currently registered in Belgium and has an FIA regularity passport.
