1975 BMW R75/ 6, superb Café Racer! Retired owner selling a genuine Café Racer, very well maintained, not to say pampered.
All aluminium parts made by a friend who trained as a lathe-miller and who was the bike's first owner. All I did was add to an already perfect base: aluminium fork head (shaped to fit the English wheel), aluminium rear brackets, aluminium fuel tank mounting strap, machined aluminium fuel tank keycap, aluminium rear engine plate and stainless steel breather bowl, aluminium headlight clamps, aluminium side covers, aluminium carburettor horn protectors, carburettor choke pullers, polyester front GB, mini flashers, etc., all in aluminium. polyester, mini-blinker Reinforced frame and swingarm (photos) New pistons + re-boring + valves x 4 + new guides + SPY gearbox seals + added kick at 41, 000 km Restom-treated fuel tank Raised oil sump (+ 0. 8 L) Shock Factory shock absorbers Reinforced fork, upper steel trigger guard replaced by aluminium trigger guard Original exhaust pipes modified into megaphones against cones (nice noise but - relatively - unreasonable!)
