The bodywork is in good condition and the paintwork has a deep tint and an excellent shine. After a professional orbital polish by our workshop, we noted a few defects under the paintwork on the bonnet and the lower part of the driver's and passenger's doors. We also noted a paintwork defect on the left-hand door, which has been corrected, and slight dents on the bonnet (0. 5cm), the driver's side door edge and the boot edge. The driver's chrome mirror is in good condition. The chrome front and rear bumpers and their stops are in very good condition. The black leatherette soft top is in excellent condition. The mica on the rear window is in mint condition. The soft top is easy to fit and waterproof to the standards of the period. This model is fitted with a "Black" leatherette soft top cover, also in excellent condition. The 4 chromed 15" wire wheels are in near-new condition. Only the left-hand rear wheel shows slight traces of oxidation. The 4 chrome knock-offs are also in excellent condition. The 4 tyres show less than 20% wear at the front and 10% at the rear. This model retains its original spare wheel (chrome wire wheel). Among the interesting "Body / Exterior" equipment and options fitted to this model are the chrome driver's mirror, the wire wheels with chrome knock-offs and the leatherette soft top. Interior: The leatherette upholstery in "Black / Silver piping" was restored a few years ago and remains in excellent condition. The matching door jambs and the "Black" leatherette centre console are also in excellent condition. The burr walnut dashboard and glove compartment are in perfect condition. This model is fitted with a MOTO-LITA 3-spoke wooden steering wheel and 2-point aviation-style seatbelts. The bakelite knob has a uniform patina of use. The pvc gearbox boot has a few dents. All the original SMITHS on-board instrumentation is fully functional. The ventilation/ heating unit is no longer operational. The period radio, which is not functional, has been retained for aesthetic reasons. The "Black" carpets are in good condition, with no cracks or pronounced wear. Among the interesting interior equipment and options fitted to this model are the MOTO LITA wooden steering wheel, leatherette upholstery and aviation-style seat belts. Chassis: On deck, the chassis and body are sound, with no apparent structural corrosion. The fundamentals, floorboards, rocker panels, ladder frame and side members are in good condition. During the dynamic test, we noted no abnormal parasitic noise from the body or running gear (ball joints, silent blocks, etc.). Please note: as a matter of principle, we cannot guarantee the perfection of the alignments beyond their good visual and functional condition, which was validated during the road test and when the vehicle was placed on the deck.
