Description
Unique example with history. Everything has been rebuilt and improved over the last three years (with invoices from Harold Classic Cars). For a driver up to 1. 80 m tall...
History:
Rolant Hoart, professional cyclist and friend of Maurice Trintignant, decided to have his racing car built. A. Gordini, Maurice’s friend, knew of a fibreglass-bodied car (very lightweight) that was in the workshop of Joseph Cattaneo (Paris’s first unofficial Ferrari distributor).
The initial engine installation was with a supercharger. During tests at the Montlhéry circuit, the car proved undrivable and was not entered for the race.
In 1961, the engine was replaced by a 1100 Simca.
Early 1970s, the car was stored in Grasse 06, at an Italian plumber… who bought the Simca in 87, and repatriated it to northern Italy when he retired.
The car has a normal French carte grise in my name.
I prefer contact by phone,
looking forward to it,
