The body paint has a uniform tone and the varnish a superb gloss. After a professional polish performed with an orbital machine by our workshop, we noted a small scratch on the left front wing (1 cm), a paint defect on the lower part of the passenger door and on the bonnet gap as well as on the rear valance. The chromed bumpers are perfectly aligned and show light oxidation marks. The front and rear chrome impact strips show a few small dents. The grille has a slight deformation. The HELLA fog lights are in good condition and fully functional. The soft-top in black faux leather is in excellent condition. Its fitting is easy and its seal complies with era standards. The mica screens are also in perfect condition. This example is equipped with a black faux leather soft-top cover in good condition. The 4 wired wheels in 14” and their chromed knock-offs are in good condition, with no impact marks or deformation. The chromed rear right knock-off shows light oxidation. All four tyres will be renewed to new prior to delivery. This example has retained its spare wheel as well as its jack, mallet and original crank. Among the noteworthy exterior equipment and options fitted to this example we note: HELLA fog lights, the 4 wired 14” wheels, and the black faux leather soft-top cover. Interior: The interior is presentable in good condition. The Black leather upholstery with red piping shows a uniform patina. The door panels are in very good condition, with no signs of edge contact or sagging. The dashboard and its cap are also in very good condition. The SMITHS instrument cluster is fully functional, except for the backlighting. This example is fitted with a 3-spoke wood steering wheel of the MOTOLITA type. It is in excellent condition, with no cracks or breaks. The Bakelite gear lever knob shows a uniform aged patina. The BLAUPUNKT radio is fully functional, unlike the heating/ ventilation unit. This example is equipped with a FIAMM 4-note horn. The Aluminium door sills with MG lettering are in perfect condition. The carpets in black are in good condition, with no major wear or discolouration. We note a fine cut on the transmission tunnel. This example is fitted with 3-point seat belts. Among the interior equipment and options of interest fitted to this example are: 3-point seat belts, the 3-spoke MOTOLITA wood steering wheel, the BLAUPUNKT radio, and the FIAMM 4-note horn. Chassis: The inspection on the hoist confirms a solid shell, with no visible accident damage or apparent structural corrosion. The fundamentals: sills, floors, inner wheel arches, wheel wells and chassis rails are in good condition. Service reserve: as a rule we cannot guarantee these elements beyond their good visual and functional condition validated during the road test and on the hoist.
