On that occasion the shell received a complete new paint job. It is in excellent presentation condition, displaying a uniform shade and excellent gloss. After a professional polish carried out with an orbital machine by our workshop, we noted a small paint chip repaired on the leading edge of the left front wing. This example is equipped with a boot lid (luggage rack). We noted a small oxidation around the rear light surrounds. The front bumper and chrome trims are in good condition; conversely the rear bumper and trims show signs of oxidation. The mohair hood in Black is in perfect presentation condition. Its installation is easy, though the alignment with the side windows remains improvable. The rear PVC visors are perfectly translucent and show no cracks or fractures. We noted the absence of the keys for the doors and boot. The 4 15” painted wire wheels are in excellent condition. The chrome knock-offs are in perfect condition. The two front tyres will be replaced new before delivery. The two rear Hankook tyres show 30% wear. The spare wheel is present in its original location beneath the boot and the mallet. Among the options and exterior equipment of interest this example possesses, we note: The Black mohair hood in perfect condition as well as the boot lid (luggage rack). Cabin: The interior was restored a few years ago to the original specification and now presents in excellent condition. The Black faux leather upholstery with White piping shows no patina or signs of wear or discoloration. The matching rear side panels are in perfect condition; we noted a small nick on the driver's pocket. The original White dashboard and its Black faux leather cap are in good condition. The entire JAEGER instrument cluster and the LUCAS ammeter are fully functional except for the lighting. The original TRIUMPH bakelite steering wheel is in perfect condition. The leather TRIUMPH gear lever knob shows signs of use. The VOXSON radio is not functional but has been retained for aesthetic reasons. The Black carpets were replaced during restoration and show no wear or discoloration. This example is also fitted with aviation-type front seat belts. Among interior equipment and options of interest this example has: White dashboard and the TRIUMPH leather gear knob. Chassis: The ramp-on lift confirms a healthy chassis and shell, with no evident structural corrosion. The fundamentals: sills, wing bottoms, wheel arches, ladder-frame chassis and rails are in very good condition. Usage reserve: as a matter of principle we cannot guarantee perfect alignments beyond their good visual and functional condition validated during the road test and lift.
