Description
We bought this Jeep in 2008 in a wrecked condition (stored for 4 years under an apple tree on a stud farm).
Full restoration between 2008 and 2013:
- Full strip-down to the chassis
- Replacement of all bolts and most of the parts
- New tub / body shell
- Wheel axles replaced
- Electrical system rebuilt with a modern fuse box
- Gearbox rebuilt in 2019
- New water pump (2021)
- Bosch injection pump rebuilt (March 2024)
- New starter and alternator (2019/ 2020)
- New wheel cylinders (2025)
- Fuel tank replaced (March 2024, the previous one was already new in 2012)
- Regular oil changes
- Five new Military tyres (March 2024)
- Engine maintenance overseen by a professional diesel mechanic in the region
- Collectors registration
- MOT valid until March 2029
- Vehicle without a tarpaulin/ cover
- No trades, for sale only

We drive approximately 1, 000 to 3, 000 km per year, depending on the year.
