A true symbol of 1930s French automotive craftsmanship, this prestigious saloon equipped with a V8 engine combines power, elegance and comfort. Its timeless lines and refined finishes make it as enjoyable to admire as it is to drive.
Full restoration:
More than 1, 500 hours of work were required for a thorough, high-quality restoration:
• Engine completely rebuilt: connecting rod bearings and mains, pistons, valves, guides, lined block
• Distribution gear in duralumin (value: €14, 000)
• Chrome trim completely redone
• Entire electrical loom new
• Braking system completely new (copper, master cylinder, wheel cylinders, shoes)
• Chassis sandblasted, epoxy-coated and blackened
• Restom-treated fuel tank
Interior and finishes:
• Full new upholstery (seats, carpets, headlining)
• All seals replaced
• Window mechanisms, locks and runners restored
• Vehicle functional and lockable
Transmission and running gear:
• Gearbox rebuilt (gears replaced except second)
• Gearbox bearings and shafts new
• Wheel bearings new
• Whitewall Firestone tyres (around €2, 000)
The vehicle is fully dismantled and restored from bumper to bumper.
Over €30, 000 has been invested in the restoration.
