This beautiful 1948 MG TC is in superb condition (almost) like new. The interior and the bodywork are in perfect condition. This matching-numbers car has been fully restored. The car was originally delivered to Canada and more recently to the Netherlands.
The paintwork is in excellent condition and the chrome is almost as good as new. All panels fit very well and the doors close properly. The interior is also in perfect condition. The dashboard is very handsome and in superb condition. Of course, the instruments function correctly. The elegant red leather upholstery is like new and complements the white exterior colour nicely. The stylish red grille and the red wire wheels complete the look. The matching beige soft top is completely new, as are the side windows.
As soon as the bonnet is opened, you see the same image. An immaculate engine bay and the underside of the car is also in fine, very tidy condition. This fully body-off restored MG TC is truly a sight to behold. All the woodwork remains perfect and the chassis is solid as a rock.
Technically, the car is entirely in order. The original XPAG engine runs very well and quietly, and the car starts and shifts gears very easily. The drive is therefore a truly enjoyable experience and for a 1948 car it’s a very approachable driver's car.
