Capots Vintage, a specialist in classic and prestige cars in Lyon, offers for sale a car nicknamed “Petite Bouche” because of its grille shape: a 1957 Triumph TR3. Being the first “phase”, it is presented in its Signal Red colour with a black faux-leather interior with white piping.
At the front, this British roadster is fitted with a bumper equipped with two overriders, long-range headlights with badge holder and protective grilles over the lights. At the rear, there are also two additional overriders and a luggage rack. Notably, the car runs on four steel wheels matching the body colour, like the original TR3 models.
The black interior with white piping is in good condition, with seats recently retrimmed. The paintwork is in good condition, showing a touch of patina in a few areas, adding charm to the whole.
Mechanically, the 2. 0L engine has been recently serviced. Additionally, we carried out a compression test, which proved satisfactory.
It is sold with its two wind deflectors and its hood cover, and comes with a four-seat historic vehicle registration.
