Rare 1962 Triumph TR3B. This is a project car for restoration.
Purchased from a long-time owner in California, who had the car since 1982. The car was well maintained and driven regularly, but it was involved in an accident in 2025. Fortunately, the former owner came away unharmed.
Following an impact to the left-front, the Triumph ended up on its right side. The reference points at the front of the chassis show a gap of about 1 cm and the right-front suspension is distorted; the chassis will therefore need straightening.
The Triumph is still drivable for a short distance and the engine runs, but the radiator leaks. Probably matching numbers; a Heritage Certificate is being applied for.
Californian US title and Dutch customs documents present. Import duties have been paid.
