Description
Specialist in sports and classic cars in Lyon, offers for sale a 1969 MGC Cabriolet:
In 1967, MG introduced the MGC, conceived as a more powerful evolution of the MGB. It uses a 2. 9‑litre inline six developing 147 bhp, paired with a manual gearbox with overdrive. The chassis was reinforced and the suspension revised, giving it good grand tourer performance. It was produced until 1969 in around 9, 000 examples.
We are offering here a 1969 MGC Cabriolet, dressed in Primrose Yellow. It is equipped with a black PVC hood and accompanied by the very handy glass-fibre hard top, painted Old English White. The 2. 9L inline six, entirely cast iron, develops 147 bhp and is paired with a four-speed manual with overdrive. Among the equipment, there is a chromed luggage rack on the boot, four 15-inch chrome wire wheels, as well as long-range headlights. The bumpers are in excellent condition.
Inside, the black faux leather upholstery with white piping is in very good overall condition. The dashboard features the famous quilted design known as the 'Abingdon pillow', complemented by a three-spoke wooden Moto-Lita steering wheel. The set is completed by three-point seat belts and a black PVC hood cover.
Part exchange possible on your sports or classic car.
