What makes this example unique is that it’s a bespoke project. The previous owner poured heart and soul into this jewel and gave it all the care it deserved.
Let’s now talk about its unique features, starting with colour. “Wunschfarbe Kristallblau”, one of the rarest special shades Porsche offered for only a limited number of years. It’s said that only 75 (!!!) examples left the Porsche Stuttgart factory in this colour. Restored to perfection. Everything is not only new and fresh, but perfectly aligned. But the real party is under the hood: the 3. 0-litre engine. And no, this isn’t a small quiet gathering with cheese and charcuterie in plastic containers, but a proper blast that will be etched in memory for years.
This magnificent example is fitted with a 3. 0-litre engine with new high-compression pistons paired to 6 ITBs (individual throttle bodies), delivering impressive acceleration. In addition, computer-controlled injection guarantees optimal fuel delivery. The computer commands, via a modified harness, the correct cylinder at the exact moment with the perfect amount of fuel (this is what we call sequential injection). The whole setup is monitored by sensors and adjusted in real time if needed.
The party is completed by a lightweight race-style flywheel and a bespoke gearbox for smooth Schnell gear changes. This configuration, combined with stabiliser bars all around, offers an unrivalled driving experience. The car remains perfectly glued to the road on acceleration and responds exceptionally to every press of the pedal. The fully stainless-steel exhaust system provides the final sonic touch. Believe us, more than one passer-by will turn his head.
