Presented in 1955, the Mercedes 190 SL is an elegant cabriolet that recalls its predecessor, the 300 SL. The 190 SL is the work of in-house designers Karl Wilfert and Walter Hackert. They designed a refined car powered by a four-cylinder engine renowned for its robustness. Production ended in 1963. The example offered to you exclusively by Veitura has undergone a complete restoration from the bare shell by Classic Auto Restor. And it features numerous new parts such as the wiring loom, starter, alternator, fuel system, original Solex carburettors; the tank has been treated; the interior upholstery has been completely redone; the hood is new. The car has had the engine replaced under a standard exchange and now shows 23, 105 km on the odometer. Its MoT is clean. The vehicle was appraised by Classic Expert in February 2021 for a value of €160, 000.
