Introduced at the end of the 1950s, the Mini quickly became a true icon of British motoring. Praised for its timeless design, exceptional road manners and charming character, it has left its mark on several generations of drivers and continues to captivate enthusiasts and collectors alike today.
The example we’re offering is a 1981 Mini Austin 1000 that underwent a complete restoration in 2021. The bodywork, mechanical components and interior have all been fully and carefully refurbished. All invoices, along with a photo dossier of the restoration, are available to ensure total transparency regarding the work carried out.
Since this restoration, the vehicle has covered only 1, 100 kilometres, a clear indication of its excellent condition. It has a collector’s registration document, allowing an MOT every five years. The MOT is valid and less than six months old.
This Mini also benefits from numerous quality upgrades, combining reliability, performance and driving pleasure:
Hi-Lo Minisport kit
Polyurethane bushes
Ultralight 10-inch alloy wheels
LCB Maniflow stainless-steel manifold
RC40 stainless-steel exhaust with centre exit
Aluminium radiator
British Open seats with red leather upholstery
13-inch Motolita steering wheel
And various other improvements
To provide complete transparency to the future owner, the full restoration file—containing the invoices and photographs of the work—will be handed over at the time of sale.
Viewing and test drives strictly by appointment to ensure personalised support.
