We are pleased to offer for sale this sublime example of a Chevrolet Corvette Cabriolet Stingray C3, model year 1969.
This is a rare version equipped with the legendary 427 Big Block engine producing 390 hp, with a displacement of 7 litres, paired with the M22 Muncie 4-speed manual gearbox, and a 3. 36 limited-slip differential.
The vehicle is presented in a most elegant Fathom Green Poly metallic finish (983), with its interior trimmed in black leather (402).
The vehicle is original and all its numbers, both mechanical and colour codes, match (Matching Numbers).
The 1969 Chevrolet Corvette equipped with the iconic V8 427 represents one of the most emblematic versions of the C3 generation. With its imposing Big Block and sporting character, it delivers remarkable performance and an incomparable engine note. A true symbol of American Muscle Car heritage from the late 1960s.
This vehicle, of American origin, remained in the hands of the same owner between 2001 and 2019 in Arizona, where it benefited from a very favourable climate. The vehicle was subsequently imported to Europe, where it has had only one owner.
We have rare documentation, including its original owner's manual, original pre-delivery checklist, some vintage maintenance records, and comprehensive history since 2001.
The engine, suspension, brakes, and a new convertible top were rebuilt before its departure from the USA. Its original gearbox has also been completely rebuilt.
