Description
This BMW R100S is one of the last ones built in 1980. Almost everything has been gone over, cosmetically and mechanically. Details after contact. A scrambler-style look has been devised but stays close to the original, which gives it its character: scrambler bars and seat, with Series 5 exhaust cans. Currently held at a restaurant in Villeneuve-sur-Yonne, it will need to go back to the workshop before it can be put back on the road. Part-exchange considered against a Harley-Davidson Dyna 1450 Super Glide or Law Rider, original and unmessed-with, with no more than 50, 000 to 60, 000 km on the clock. At 7, 800 euros, this BMW is priced well below what was paid for it at the peak of the market, let alone the cost of its restoration.
