Rolls –Royce Silver Shadow II 1977 to 1979 Vin 30001-38983
This was a running engine that has been completely rebuilt. The following work has been carried out: The engine has been completely stripped and all parts degreased.
The crankshaft has been polished and the sludge traps have been cleaned out and had new o rings fitted. It has new big end and main bearings.
The liners have been removed and new seals fitted. The liners have been honed.
The pistons have been removed and machined to take a new set of rings.
The oil pump has been removed and checked and a new drive gear fitted.
The camshaft has been profiled; the push rod heights checked and a set of hydraulic tappets have been fitted. The cylinder heads have been resurfaced and reconditioned including new cotton valve stem seals and the cut and polishing of the valve seats.
Water pump overhauled with New Drive Belts Both brake pump pushrod lift has been set, This engine has been Bench tested and run 45psi oil pressure . Comes with Timed Distributor Plugs and leads and Denso starter motor . Offered by Stewart walker Ltd Rolls-Royce & Bentley Specialists £3000
