Ducati 900 SS
It has the original sales receipt from importer Moto Cinelli (Northampton) on 3/ 8/ 91 and Cagiva warranty and maintenance book.
Moto Cinelli were the main importer for Ducati in the early nineties.
Baines Racing Silverstone did all the early maintenance and servicing, which is in the service book.
Baines Racing also modified the engine and fitted the twin headlight conversion.
The engine was stripped down and had Arias 92mm pistons and dyno jet 2 fitted and airbox opened up.
Also an additional oil cooler was fitted and original exhausts where modified. (all by Baines Racing on 27/ 2/ 97)
Being a earlier 900ss the bike has the Ducati Elephant logo engraved on some of the parts.
We think the twin headlights makes the bike looks more better (nineties style), than the standard rectangle headlight.
Bike has a open clutch cover and recent new clutch plates.
This really is a well set up machine and is a joy to ride being a real booming desmo twin.
