1990 Volkswagen Scirocco GTII mark 2. Runs and drives well but does need a little TLC - would be an ideal project for someone who has the time. This was my daily driver since 2012 years but has since been stored SORN for around 2/ 3 years now, and will need an MOT.
It has a comprehensive service history and detailed log of all the work done while I owned the car, as well as extensive paperwork and receipts of work carried out by previous owners.
CAM belt and Weber carb conversion with manual choke was done February 2013 at 147k mileage. Direnza radiator was fitted August 2013 and battery was replaced at the end of 2017.
Solid chassis - all panels are in good condition with no damage to paint work apart from some surface rust on the drivers door.
Original grey check interior all in good condition apart from small tear on the side of the drivers seat.
The bad points are that the driver seat doesn’t tip forward to access the back seat (but the seat position still fully adjustable) and the boot lock is broken - this is currently fixed shut. The tyres could do with being replaced as the car has been stood.
Comes with 2 keys, factory fitted immobiliser, non-standard alloy wheels, kenwood radio.
