Mercedes-Benz 300SL 1993 L 110, 000 miles in stunning signal red. This R129 model is an absolutely gorgeous car and do you want to know the best things about it? Everything works perfectly. Now that might sound obvious with one of these beautifully engineered 1990’s Mercedes-Benz cars but little by little over the years things start to go wrong and don’t get fixed. Not this car though, the soft-top folds down perfectly, the heater matrix doesn’t leak, the electric windows go all the way up and down (quietly), the hard top clicks up when you press the button etc etc. And none of this is purely by chance believe me, we’ve had this car fully reconditioned by Mercedes experts and had it painted and the fabulous AMG wheels refurbed in our excellent body and paint facilities. It also has a good history with MOT’s matching mileage and drives really well in fact very similar to modern standards. It’s actually not priced up any higher than a car without the intensive work that will keep it pristine for years to come with that one big difference………. this one works and looks superb, even when you get close to it.
