This is a lovely example of the GL imported from Italy by John Luscombe of JE Scooters in 2003 (Certificate supplied)
This has the original 150 engine with a 2 port Polini kit fitted. The Scooter has original speedo face and clock, lovely original alloy pillion foot rest, original light fittings. This has been left authentic so has signs of age over the body. This would be a great project if required and if that's what you're after. I used the bike to commute to my work 2 miles away daily (summer months only) I have kept the bike in covered accommodation and never left out in the elements. The Scooter has just been serviced and is running perfectly. It is registered as a 125cc. The scooter is tax exempt.
As can be seen I am selling all my scooter gear including:

- Haynes manual
- Split face helmet
- Oxford lock
- Bike cover
- Ground anchor
The GL was called one of the best looking Vespa’s produced by Piaggio. The handlebar, tripezoid headlamp, front mudguard and trimmed down rear leads were all new.
The Gran Lussco (GL) fitted the niche in between the top range GS or SS and the normal 150. The GL is very elegant and became the model upon which the Super Sport was based.
I am reluctantly selling the bike as we need the funds to further finance garden work.
