I acquired this vehicle in2012 after it had been standing under a carport for some 5 years. My company had looked after it for a number of years for the owner & his late father. The interior was not the best seen & exterior covered in algae but later with a wash & polish the exterior came up fine. There was one tyre soft but that was pumped up & the vehicle dragged out, I had it transported to my workshop stuck a battery on & with fingers crossed turned the starter on 4th turn she burst into life.
Checked over for MOT replaced o/ s/ r wheel cylinder & pipe & as I said a good clean up & service it past no problem. The intension was to restore it but I never seemed to get the time, then when I retired 2yrs ago I seemed to have less. Selling my business meant I had no place to store it or work on it. It has mot until mid Nov. There seems to be very few of these on the road today, but in my view one of the best looking models of the 80's. It does need a bit of restoration on the interior but to someone with the time & facilities shouldn't be a problem but it still goes & turns heads. It is classic & therefore sold with out warranty.
